Strategy:
Continue to evolve a holistic employee listening strategy that will drive engagement of the workforce. Create business cases that are reviewed and approved by CEO and LT. Partner across HR, other business functions and externally to evolve thinking and coordinate efforts that provide the best experience for employees and produce synergistic insights for leaders.
Govern:
Govern survey efforts related to workforce engagement and leadership objectives. Work across various functions to understand business employee sentiment requirements and current activities and partner to advise on best approach. For pulse surveys, govern the quality of questions, number of questions, timing, frequency and audience.
Insights:
Analyze pulse survey results, generate insights and create clear impactful presentations for the CEO and LT members quarterly that will help advise their path forward to manage workforce engagement and achieve objectives. Work with other functions to add other employee sentiment insights to create a more holistic view. Help program leaders understand results of pulse survey through reports & presentations and advise on next steps.
Consult:
Based on insights, recommend engagement plans, objectives and initiatives to drive workforce engagement. Work with Learning and Development to help curate and connect management and leader materials to engagement results. Work across HR and communication to advise on relative findings that are connected to their work and partner on broader recommendations to drive employee engagement.
Delivery:
Manage the delivery of the pulse surveys. Select and configure questions. Develop communication plans. Manage all pulse survey communications from senior leaders/CEO to actual messaging from system. Manage translations and benchmarks. Coordinate with works council. Manage contract and relationship with the vendor. Configure dashboard & reports for LT and senior business unit leaders. Develop FAQs, knowledge articles and portal content. Partner with people services to prep service center for questions and pull data feeds.
Change Management:
Develop and successfully execute change management plans for the delivery of new employee listen strategies. This includes developing and change management strategy for the new Pulse survey strategy. Also assist with communication talking points for senior leaders including the CEO on engagement insights.
Requirements:
BA/BS discipline is required, and a graduate degree is preferred.
International experience is preferred.
Broad experience in developing and implementing change management
Demonstrated success in working effectively at senior management levels to impact and influence decision making.
Demonstrated experience utilizing data and analytics to drive business and talent decisions.
Demonstrated experience leading global initiatives across multiple functions.
