Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search top ranked law firm seeks Senior Healthcare Law Attorney with 18 years of experience dealing with federal and state health law regulatory issues (such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law and similar state laws). The candidate should have experience in reimbursement and compliance issues for health systems, hospitals, long term care providers, managed care organizations or medical groups. Must have strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations including an understanding of regulatory compliance counseling and defense, healthcare transactions, and administrative law (including healthcare facility and provider licensure practice). Corporate transactional and/or pharmacy law regulatory expertise is a plus. MA Bar admission is required.
