Job Details:

• Work primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
• Preferred: 6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Required: Experience with wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions.
• Comfortable leading scopes of work within a team and managing and overseeing more junior attorneys.
• Excellent academic credentials and a commitment to the community.
• Superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
• Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
• Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Must have an active Bar license in Illinois (IL).
