Duties

• Collaborate on acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions.
• Conduct title and survey due diligence.
• Engage with national and regional developers, REITs, and equity investors.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm.
• Proficiency in title and survey due diligence.
• Borrower-side financing experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant bar.
