A law firm seeks a Trade Remedies Associate for its Philadelphia, PA office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in handling antidumping and countervailing duty matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission. This role involves managing complex investigations, reviews, and litigation, as well as advising on trade compliance and policy matters.

Duties

• Manage antidumping and countervailing duty cases before U.S. agencies.
• Develop legal arguments and build administrative records.
• Handle litigation before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
• Counsel clients on trade policy matters before the Executive Branch and Congress.
• Advise on trade compliance under various trade remedy statutes.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in private practice or government.
• Experience with U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission.
• Proficiency in building administrative records and developing legal arguments.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
