Duties
- Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
- Handle USCIS Asylum Petitions and Family Based Petitions
- Conduct Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews
- Assist clients with work permit applications
- Prepare and manage legal documents, filings, and case presentations
- Conduct master and individual appearances for immigration hearings
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and regulations
- Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the legal process
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in California
- 1-6 years of proven experience in immigration law, specifically with USCIS, ICE, and EOIR proceedings
- Experience with handling master and individual appearances
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of California
