Senior Corporate Paralegal
The candidate' will work closely with, and under the direct supervision of a diverse group of attorneys. This position assists in the coordination of all phases of a company’s lifecycle (from formation to public company reporting) and transactions (from inception through closing); Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Should have ABA approved Paralegal certificate. Prepare and file formation documents related to startups and emerging companies, merger subsidiaries and other business entities; prepare and file state qualifications; obtain EINs; Should have Experience with SEC filings, Section 16 reports, exchange market and OTC filings and Capital markets; Draft and file UCC financing statements, amendments, continuations and terminations relating primarily to secured transactions, and conduct and analyze the results of lien searches. Support attorney teams in Equity Financing, Capital Markets, Private Equity and M&A transactions.
