Duties

• Draft and negotiate pharmaceutical and medical device development, marketing, clinical trial, distribution, and supply agreements.
• Develop and update corporate compliance programs for drug and medical device manufacturers.
• Provide expertise in medical device distribution and durable medical equipment licensing and reimbursement issues.
• Advise clients on FDA requirements, including medical device reporting and product labeling.

Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant experience in healthcare and life sciences law.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Active license in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility to waive into practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
