A law firm seeks a Business Litigation Attorney with over 7 years of experience to join their team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of business litigation cases, from pre-litigation analysis to trial, in a dynamic and growing firm.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities for business litigation matters.
• Conduct pre-litigation analysis and provide client recommendations.
• Draft and litigate various business and employment law agreements.
• Represent clients in trials and hearings, adhering to Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Maintain confidentiality in all discussions and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney in business law.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience in corporate/business law and employment law.
• First chair trial and/or arbitration experience with at least 5 trials.
• Ability to handle own caseload with high initiative and mature judgment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to commute to the job's location and accept a background check.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Colorado Bar License.
