Duties

• Develop litigation strategies for insurance coverage disputes and class actions.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft memoranda.
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Manage document review and all pretrial to trial aspects.
• Supervise associates and paralegals.
• Interact with clients effectively.

Requirements

• Admission to practice in California.
• 10+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
• Experience in state and federal courts.
• Excellent academic credentials and solid work history.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
