Duties:

• Manage and handle commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and negotiations as required.
• Collaborate with partners and legal support staff for effective case management.
• Provide legal advice to clients based on thorough analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Virginia Bar admission.
