Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and briefs.
• Engage in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Connections to South Hampton Roads preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school with an outstanding academic record.

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia Bar and in good standing.
