The candidate will track, compile, organize and submit appropriate expenses to Chrome River. Handle telephone calls and/or transcribes voicemail messages into emails. Scans, and copies of materials for the Group. Monitor emails and respond to those that can be addressed. Saves documents, emails, and correspondence in iManage. Input time into InTapp. Maintains, inputs, and updates contacts and lists for internal and external reporting. Prepares, proofreads, and processes letters and other correspondence. Assists with check processing and records filing for the department. Maintains closed and offsite Assists Paralegals with clerical tasks. Assists Legal Assistants with court filings, docketing, New Business Intake, and matter closing. Office/Clerical Administrative experience is required. Should have experience with data management using InterAction (CRM), Chrome River, iManage, and Microsoft Suite with advanced level experience in Word and Outlook; ability to draft, proofread and edit correspondence, memoranda, and e-mails with minimal supervision; excellent communication skills; ability to work autonomously or in a team environment; work well under pressure and strict deadlines; ability to work overtime if necessary. Should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
