Duties
Handle litigation matters related to finance and restructuring.

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices on litigation strategies.
Requirements
3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is based or be eligible for admission.
