The Attorney will be responsible for handling workers' compensation defense cases, representing employers and insurance carriers in legal proceedings related to workplace injury claims. The role involves providing legal counsel, conducting investigations, and advocating on behalf of clients in workers' compensation matters.

Duties:

• Specialize in workers' compensation defense.
• Represent employers and insurance carriers in legal proceedings related to workplace injury claims.
• Conduct legal research and analysis specific to workers' compensation cases.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and defense tactics.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Attend workers' compensation hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:
