Duties

• Assist clients with environmental issues and regulatory compliance.
• Support litigation matters related to the mining industry.
• Navigate permitting processes and defend project approvals.
• Collaborate with partners and engage with federal and state agencies.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in environmental and regulatory law.
• Ability to excel under pressure and meet demanding schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Teamwork ethic and critical analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to waive in.

Skills

• Experience with law review, moot court, or trial advocacy preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is highly desired.
