A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Lawyer at the partner level to join their team in Reno, NV. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while managing a diverse portfolio of cases for domestic and foreign insurance companies, managing general agents, and self-insured corporations.

Duties

• Lead counsel on day-to-day management of cases.
• Communicate independently with clients and develop cases.
• Engage actively in trial preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with trial-level lawyers and upper management.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of insurance defense experience.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing in Nevada.
• Experience in bodily injury, construction defect, or related defense areas preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law from the State Bar of Nevada.

Skills

• Strong trial and litigation skills.
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
