Duties

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team serving developers, investors, and public entities.
• Engage in partnership tax and exempt organization/nonprofit matters.
• Work with private-public partnerships in housing and urban renewal.
• Contribute to projects involving LIHTC and historic/new markets tax credits.

Requirements

• 5-20 years of relevant tax experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
• Degree in accounting or finance is a plus.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Experience with partnership tax and exempt organization matters.
• Exposure to LIHTC and tax credits is helpful.
