A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate for its Atlanta, Georgia office. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic litigation practice group, contributing to a diverse range of legal matters.

Duties

• Research and draft briefs and motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment.
• Take and defend depositions, even in a supporting role.
• Handle discovery for complex legal matters.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Participate in evidentiary hearings and trials in state or federal courts.

Requirements

• Georgia Bar License required.
• Two to five years of litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
