The role includes client intake, early case development, legal analysis, demand review, and collaboration with internal litigation teams. This full-time position offers a base salary, guaranteed commissions, and a generous retention bonus.

Duties

• Conduct client intake interviews and assess legal issues

• Evaluate personal injury claims and develop case strategies

• Review demands and support early negotiations with opposing counsel

• Initiate litigation processes and support case resolution

• Maintain communication with clients regarding case progress

• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure smooth case handoff and case management

• Handle disbursement of client funds in compliance with legal and ethical standards

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation

• Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet performance targets

• Commitment to delivering high-quality client service and ethical practice

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
