A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of litigation experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of California consumers. This role offers immediate experience in various phases of litigation, including discovery, law and motion, oral arguments, and depositions.

Duties

• Draft written discovery and review responses.
• Participate in e-discovery document reviews.
• Prepare and draft motions related to discovery disputes.
• Participate in oral arguments in courtrooms.
• Attend and defend client depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation and higher-stakes depositions.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• Up to 1-year of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney.
• Willingness to learn and apply technology solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within California.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar license in good standing.

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
