This is a remote, full-time position designed for an attorney with strong oral and written advocacy skills, capable of managing a high volume of commercial collection and subrogation cases. Location

Duties

• Manage a high volume of commercial collection and subrogation litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and writing

• Appear for hearings (remote and in-person as required)

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

• Regularly communicate with clients regarding case status and strategy

• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrative staff

• Handle digital documentation and case files efficiently

Requirements

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Proven ability to handle commercial litigation matters independently

• Experience with remote legal operations preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume caseload

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Must possess an active Florida Bar license

Skills

• Civil litigation experience, particularly in commercial collections and subrogation

• Strong written and oral advocacy

• Ability to manage digital case management systems

• Strong negotiation and client communication skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools and platforms
