Location:

Duties:

• Manage all phases of matrimonial litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial

• Handle cases involving complex financial issues, equitable distribution, custody, support, and modifications

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy

• Maintain effective communication with clients and deliver high-quality service

• Ensure timely progression of cases through efficient case management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in New York Matrimonial and Family Law

• Strong trial and courtroom background

• Proven ability to handle complex family law matters independently

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice

• Appellate experience is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
