The candidate will join a sophisticated private client practice, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses on complex estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, income tax, and business succession planning matters.

Duties

• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, partnership and LLC agreements, and charitable planning structures.
• Assist with estate and trust administration.
• Research federal and state tax issues.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, accountants, and financial advisors to develop tax-efficient planning strategies.

Requirements

• LL.M. in Taxation.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Client-facing professionalism.
• Membership in good standing with the Tennessee state bar.

Education

• LL.M. in Taxation.
