Duties

• Manage all aspects of discovery with support from the eDiscovery team.
• Participate in deposition and hearing preparation.
• Draft motions and mediation statements.
• Engage directly with clients on complex disputes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of complex civil litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and legal research skills.
• Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities.
• Membership to the State Bar of the desired office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation is highly valued.
