The ideal candidate will excel in legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and case management, ensuring high-quality client service and effective resolution of legal matters.

Duties

• Analyze legal issues to identify effective strategies and solutions for clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients at court hearings, depositions, and legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff for case management.
• Maintain organized case files to ensure seamless access to updates and case documents.

Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Proven experience with discovery, law and motion practice, and legal advocacy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Successful completion of the Bar exam.
