A law firm in Kansas City is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing clients for administrative hearings, advocating for clients at administrative hearings, and writing administrative appeals to the Appeals Council. Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and legal analysis are essential. A background in Social Security Disability law or appellate work is helpful. The candidate must possess an active attorney license and strong writing and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare clients for administrative hearings.
• Advocate for clients at administrative hearings.
• Write administrative appeals to the Appeals Council.

• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Requirements:

• Active attorney license.

• Preferably, 1-3 years of experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
