Senior Employment Attorney Duties

• Handle all aspects of employment law cases, including discrimination and wrongful termination.
• Lead trials and arbitrations, including jury trials.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys.
• Conduct client intake and interviews.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and ensure deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement case strategies, including settlement negotiations.

Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Duties

• Assist in employment law cases, including wage and hour disputes.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Conduct client intake and interviews.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in hearings and mediations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Senior Attorney: At least 7 years of experience in employment law litigation.
• Mid-Level Associate: At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
