Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Duties
- Assist in employment law cases, including wage and hour disputes.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
- Conduct client intake and interviews.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Represent clients in hearings and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- Senior Attorney: At least 7 years of experience in employment law litigation.
- Mid-Level Associate: At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation.
