Duties

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
• Handle probate administration and prepare estate pleadings.
• Educate clients on estate planning strategies.
• Advise on tax implications of estate planning and gifting strategies.
• Prepare and review federal and state estate tax returns.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant experience.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Washington.

Education

• LL.M. in Tax preferred.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
