Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the Los Angeles office at least three days per week.
Education
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in California.
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating M&A and private equity documents.
