• Draft and file legal documents, such as complaints and motions.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions for witnesses.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate with support staff and other legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Wisconsin's legal and ethical obligations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Admission to the Wisconsin Bar and an active license in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
