Location:

• San Francisco, CA

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from inception through resolution

• Draft legal documents including settlement proposals, pleadings, discovery, and trial briefs

• Attend court hearings, trials, and settlement conferences

• Oversee, delegate, and review work of associate attorneys and support staff

• Mentor and train legal personnel in the Family Law department

• Maintain effective and clear communication with clients and legal stakeholders

• Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction

• Meet minimum billable hour requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in family law

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced setting

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Proven experience handling custody/visitation, support disputes, property division, and relationship agreements

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California Bar License in good standing

Skills:

• Expertise in California Family Code and Rules of Court

• Familiarity with Bay Area local court rules

• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Proficient in using legal tools and software (LexisNexis, Westlaw, Dissomaster, Xspouse, Essential Forms)

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, reliability, and a proactive mindset
