Legal Assistant
The candidate will assist attorneys with client intake interviews and case preparation. Duties will also include locating/copying discovery materials; organizing and summarizing client files; contacting/interviewing clients and witnesses; preparing reports and serving subpoenas; conducting limited legal research; and assisting attorneys in court and with other tasks. Should have education equivalent to graduation from high school and 3 years of experience in office or related clerical work. Legal experience is preferred.
