Duties:

• Provide expert legal advice on insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage disputes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related documents, including policies, contracts, and regulatory compliance agreements.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes and commercial litigation, including handling arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.
• Prepare and argue legal motions, briefs, and other essential documents in litigation and regulatory matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and deliver detailed analyses on insurance and reinsurance issues.
• Develop and implement strategic case plans to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance professionals, and internal teams to resolve insurance claims and coverage challenges effectively.
• Stay informed on developments in insurance law, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting the field.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
