Duties

• Troubleshoot and establish case strategies.
• Draft and file petitions and applications.
• Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues.
• Update and manage status reports.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 1 year of immigration experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of H1B, H2B, EB3, and TN visas, PERMS, immigrant visa petitions, family-based and consular processing preferred.
• Proficient in legal research, word processing, and document databases.
• Ability to resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish.

Education

• Bachelor's degree
• Doctor of Jurisprudence

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
