Duties:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective representation and case management.

• Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met efficiently.

• Participate in meetings and negotiations with clients to resolve coverage issues.

• Provide high-level legal advice on complex insurance coverage matters, ensuring client needs are prioritized.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling insurance coverage matters.

• Extensive experience in both insurance coverage and defense litigation.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and legal nuances.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage a full caseload effectively.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas (additional licensure in other states is a plus).

Skills:

• Strong research and writing capabilities.

• Ability to handle complex insurance coverage issues.

• Proficiency in legal software and technology.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Solid understanding of legal procedures in the insurance and litigation sectors.
