The candidate will be responsible for litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters. Must have 2-5 years of experience. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial is preferred. A license to practice in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky is required. Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky bar exam, or eligible for admission, will be considered. Should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
