Legal Administrative Assistant Manager
The candidate will plan and allocate resources across teams to effectively meet timekeeper needs and firm ratio objectives. Will work with HR managers and the talent acquisition team to recruit, interview, and select legal support professionals. Monitor teams and assign LAAs to meet service needs of timekeepers. Promote and support the development of a workplace culture to align with the firm’s guiding principles and core values. Demonstrate support for organizational changes and help employees successfully manage change. Collaborate with other LAA managers to plan and conduct LAA meetings and communications. Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of processes and procedures. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback regularly to develop employees, and recognize and reward employees for strong work performance. Meet with timekeepers throughout the year to gather feedback on assigned support staff. Write and deliver performance evaluations annually in a constructive and authentic manner. Special projects and duties as assigned.
