Responsibilities: Assist with preparing pitches, proposals, RFPs, new business presentations, and client meetings. Maintain and update content on the firm's website and social media. Write, edit, and proofread communications and materials, such as press releases, media pitches, article summaries, attorney bios, and brochures. Support marketing and business development events, including webinars, client events, CLEs, conferences, and sponsorships. Conduct proactive media outreach and manage external media lists. Coordinate submissions for awards, rankings, and directories. Maintain databases on clients, contacts, and experience. Graphic design for digital and print collateral. Assist in coordinating and distributing internal communications on marketing and business development successes. Support attorneys with the execution of marketing plan activities.
