Rancho Cucamonga office of our client seeks associate attorney with 3+ years of labor and employment experience and/or criminal law experience. The ideal candidate must have broad experience with all types of labor and employment matters, including: administrative hearings before city, county, and state agencies, PERB, and NLRB; litigating labor and employment claims in state and federal courts; and union business/relations. Admission to the California Bar is essential.
