A law firm in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Mid-level Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, along with experience in preparing for and participating in FINRA arbitrations and securities regulation matters. Exceptional research and writing skills are a must.

Duties:

• Prepare for and participate in FINRA arbitrations and securities regulation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on financial services litigation issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and accuracy.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Provide support for trial preparation and execution as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on financial services litigation.
• Strong understanding of FINRA regulations and securities laws.
• Excellent academic credentials demonstrating academic excellence.
• Exceptional research and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Certifications:
