Duties

• Advise on the formation and management of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
• Assist with secondary transactions and structuring separately managed accounts.
• Collaborate on structuring carry vehicles and other investment-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality deliverables and meet deadlines consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in investment funds.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Skills
