Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct case action planning and provide immediate analysis on liability and damages.
• Handle all facets of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Lead trial preparation and coordination for the trial team.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel effectively.
• Draft and argue contested legal motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Previous trial experience with a desire to first chair jury trials.
• Licensed to practice in New Mexico.
• Strong organizational, research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize case management software and technology.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active New Mexico Bar License in good standing.
