Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of construction litigation matters

• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and legal briefs

• Handle claims involving construction defects, project delays, design errors, and payment disputes

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Participate in depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

• Advise clients on litigation strategies and construction contract interpretation

• Maintain effective communication with clients, court personnel, and legal teams

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience with a focus on construction law

• Experience in handling construction defect, delay, and breach of contract claims preferred

• Strong client service and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Ohio (required)

Skills:
