Job Overview: A law firm in Tampa, FL, is actively seeking a highly experienced and motivated attorney to join their Commercial Litigation practice area as a Partner. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the firm's litigation efforts, providing strategic counsel, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Duties:

• Lead and manage the Commercial Litigation practice area, overseeing a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Handle a diverse range of complex commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property disputes.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a successful attorney specializing in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of legal professionals.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to the firm's strategic growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
