Duties

• Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents.
• Manage syndicated credit facilities and acquisition financings.
• Interact with clients and manage deal processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful transaction outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in lender and/or borrower-side financings.
• Experience with syndicated credit facilities and asset-based lending.
• Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
• Admission to one or more state bars; DC bar admission preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one state.
