Duties

• Represent clients in various civil litigation matters, including insurance defense cases.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research to inform case strategies and decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective defense strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients regarding case progress.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in South Carolina.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or related fields.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active bar license in South Carolina.
