Duties

• Manage executive compensation disclosures for public companies.
• Handle employee benefits aspects of M&A and private equity transactions.
• Advise on tax-qualified and nonqualified retirement plans.
• Draft executive employment and severance arrangements.
• Develop equity and non-equity incentive plans.
• Engage in significant client contact and manage responsibilities independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of South Carolina or eligibility for admission.
