The candidate prepares motions and pleadings, correspondence, maintains case files, schedules appointments, tracks deadlines, com- municates with courts and attorneys, and files pleadings. Experience in the areas of guardianships, conservatorships, trusts and estates, state and federal benefits (including appeals of denials of benefits), and landlord/tenant law is preferred.
