Location:

• Tampa, Florida

Duties:

• Handle a broad range of real estate and commercial litigation cases

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions

• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and memoranda

• Provide legal counsel and develop litigation strategies in line with client goals

• Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

• Manage case timelines and meet court-imposed deadlines

• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff in a team-based environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience in Florida

• Proven courtroom experience and ability to independently manage litigation matters

• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Strong client service orientation with a professional demeanor

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Submission of cover letter, resume, and writing sample required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and good standing membership with the Florida Bar (required)
